Default General info about lens'
Hey, as I am looking into a D40, I posted earlier about what lens to use.. but I'm also wondering what kind of upkeep comes along with having a lense? And will i need a seperate case for my lens? Also, are multiple lenses neccasary to have? Thanks again!!!

no you don't need a different case for you lens (if you get a big enough bag) because the lens can stay on your body (camera)

If you only have one lens i would suggest not taking it off for risk of getting dust in it and stuff like that

Ill look into a lens for the d40 but probably a Nikkor 18-55mm would be good

I have a tamrac messenger bag which is nice
