How about you have a graphics forum where folk can ask for graphics to be done either using pics they have taken or pics they have or just a general signature to be made for them?

It Can Be Done Because Most Forums Have A Graphics Section, Where Users Can Go To Request Signatures.

I believe it should be Image Editing forum rather than a graphic forum.
