Default ISO explenation

Finally figured out how to use ISO.. Thought I would be helpful to anyone who didnt ..

Lower ISO speeds are the key to getting the best pictures. Whenever you can , you the lowest setting possible. The only is exception is when you are shooting heigh speed, or in dark areas, then the higher you go the better. As a rule of thumb, going over 800 ISO means bad pictures. So, even if you need a faster ISO because its dark, ideally finding a source of light would be good.

Hope that explains it well. Did the best I can summing it up.
